Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to ensure quality workmanship and coordinate with supervisors. This role requires hands-on carpentry skills and the ability to lead a small crew efficiently while meeting project deadlines.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to ensure quality workmanship and coordinate with supervisors. This role requires hands-on carpentry skills and the ability to lead a small crew efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Layout, frame, install drywall, trim, doors, partitions, flooring, and other finish materials
- Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
- Coordinate daily with site supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices
- Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
- Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding as needed
