Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily jobsite operations, manage personnel, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks and manage crew productivity
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members
• Plan, organize, and assist with project tasks as needed
• Review blueprints, plans, and schedules
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and deliveries
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas
• Communicate updates, changes, and needs between management and the crew
• Resolve on-site issues and support subcontractor coordination
• Track progress, maintain jobsite records, and support cost control efforts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role (commercial construction preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills
• Ability to read plans and understand project schedules
• Ability to use Construction Management Software
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Foreman training or certification is a plus
• Ability to manage crews, equipment, and project timelines effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
