We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer / Carpenter Helper to join our growing team. This position offers hands-on experience in commercial construction and an opportunity to grow into a skilled trade career.

Responsibilities:

Assist carpenters and site supervisors with daily construction activities
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
Assist with drywall, framing, flooring, painting, and finish work
Set up and maintain a safe and organized job site
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements

Requirements:

Construction experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
Reliable transportation to various job sites
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
